Dontez X. James appears as Donnie in the dark comedy series Made for Love. Introduced during the first season, Donnie is a Palm Desert local who crosses paths with Hazel as she escapes the Hub and begins navigating life outside of Byron’s control.
The role began simply as “Shirtless Guy” before the character became Donnie—a role Dontez would return to in the show’s second season.
THE RETURN — SEASON TWO
Donnie returned in Season 2, expanding what began as a small role into a recurring character on the series.
